My passion and new life's work
Please support me by sharing this information with other women who may feel called to heal MS more authentically.
Dear supportive readers,
You have been on a journey with me since I started writing about the demise of my restaurants in 2022 and the subsequent way the ending impacted my life.
What started as a way to share with my loyal customers what happened and how it came to pass, evolved into a tale of my own unraveling and becoming.
That story merged with this newsletter to share the depth and breadth of my knowledge and intuition as it relates to the world of healing. Along the way, I learned that Multiple Sclerosis is not just a condition to manage, but a deep calling to listen to the body’s wisdom. The body holds an innate intelligence and capacity to heal.
My personal healing progressed of its own accord to transcend external manipulation of the body to achieve health. I descended internally, attuning to my nervous system and its connection with deep inner truth, entirely separate from the mind. By working at this level of alignment, wisdom and truth arise, facilitating right action and the truest and most authentic healing from MS began to happen on its own.
I became intimately aware of how subconscious nervous system patterns keep us sick, while we expend energy toward wellness in so many other ways. Regulation and alignment of the nervous system along with other modalities toward symmetry is the missing piece of MS healing. This is the new way to heal.
I’ve done deep inner work, learning the map of my own nervous system. Creating a relationship with it. Witnessing how it elegantly and intuitively heals at the pace of nature, like a flower in bloom. Gently, slowly, as trust in the process builds, change begins, becoming an integral part of the fiber of your being. The body craves safety and harmony within.
I often write about harmonizing our healing path. Unity in action toward your health goals, and how important it is to align our intentions. This nervous system level of alignment is a visceral layer upon which all other healing naturally springs forth.
I am more connected to the truth of our ability to heal ourselves than I have ever been. Especially as it relates to Multiple Sclerosis. I feel the deep pulse of my calling to be of service in the name of personal healing for other women called to this inner work.
I write in the pages of The Fresh Life words of wisdom as it relates to healing that are universal, regardless of ailment or diagnosis. However, that wisdom is especially pertinent to the healing of Multiple Sclerosis, which the cultural zeitgeist says isn’t possible without pharmaceutical intervention.
My deep love and purpose in life, my dharma as a healer is to bring people in union their innate healing capacity. I was guided through this life to experience the many layers of healing MS so I could share its wisdom and essential nature with other women so they too can live in the fullness of their inherent birthright.
My service as a Transformation Guide for women with Multiple Sclerosis is to gently and safely guide them to a place of deep inner healing, facilitating their personal health awakening. I don’t choose to work as a Coach with a linear path full of goals, expectations and timelines. That is stressful to the nervous system of a woman with MS who already manages many intertwined internal and external expectations toward their health.
This work is potent, uniting the body, mind and nervous system. Internal shifts arise organically from harmony. From that place, aligned action has ease and simplicity. Healing is a natural manifestation of alignment. However, the process may feel challenging, you are shifting a lifetime of nervous system coping habits and old stories will arise to be healed. But in creating a new relationship with all parts of yourself, the results are deep and lasting.
My heart goes out to every woman with an MS diagnosis. I know what you are traversing. I understand how scary the diagnosis is, and the difficulty in living with it. Especially difficult when women with children are faced with this health diagnosis, like I was.
Coming face to face with fear of your own abilities declining while also raising children is very existential. I feel so connected with the maternal desire to nurture our children in this new world order that makes little sense, and doing so while also managing our own health uncertainties is a big obstacle in which we often put ourselves last.
However, it is now more important than ever to reclaim our own birthright to live in the fullness of life and transcend what society says is possible.
Our children, our community and loved ones need to see that healing ourselves is achievable. It is our soul's desire to live in the fullness of life, not debilitated and relying only on what the medical system tells you is possible.
My invitation for women is touch within themselves, their own divine ability to heal.
The power and internal strength that comes from that truth projects out into the world, affecting everyone in your life, inspiring our children about what is humanly possible and achievable. I desire to help guide women on their path to reclaiming health sovereignty.
All healing begins within. As a healer, I hold nurturing space with empathy, wisdom and intuition to guide women to connect with their own inner healer.
I am deeply hopeful and know there are others who might read or learn about those who heal themselves and think, Could that be me too? Yes, it can.
I know there are women who desire deeper healing but would benefit from a guide to help them on their own path toward health reclamation.
True healing from MS goes much deeper than diet and lifestyle choices alone. It breeds itself in nervous system disregulation and our intimate and shadowy relationship with stress.
As such, I would be so humbled and honored if this message can be shared with women you know with MS. Those that desire a deeper connection with their own healing abilities. May they connect with me and my life’s calling to serve women with MS.

In deep gratitude for your support and following me and my journey. My deepest hope it comes full circle to help heal others as well.
Beautiful Christine. Managing stress is critically important on the path to healing. My journey with chronic Lyme disease has been multi-faceted but managing stress has been a key component. My wife and I are off the road after 8 wonderful but very stressful months in our RV. 8,000 miles and 13 states. I had to come to terms with the fact that I needed to take care of my health first. The next six months will be dedicated to realigning my goals to meet the needs of my nervous system much better. Continued healing to you on you journey to good health.
