Fresh Thymes Riot Wings and Ranch Dressing

Our beloved Riot Wings were a hit from the start. The sauce originated with our son when he was 12 years old. Him and a friend created the recipe and sold their Riot Wing Sauce door to door in our neighborhood.  The sauce was such a hit, we put it on our menu and developed a devoted following.

Many of us have college memories of eating cheap wings and drinking cheap beer. Buffalo chicken wings remain nostalgic long after college and eating them feels like a guilty pleasure as an adult. You know they are so bad for you, but they are such a tasty tactile experience that evoke powerful memories.

Sadly, they are typically made with industrial chicken, coated in refined white flour, fried in suspect grease, tossed with a sauce made from either butter or even worse, refined butter replacements. Traditional wings needed a dramatic upgrade, made delicious and more healthful with intention paid to the details.
