What poor resonance looks like in our pursuit of wellness and aligning with the frequency of healing.

As a chef, and someone who has MS, I encounter this scenario quite often. I am sharing with someone who also has health struggles and they find out I have MS, or that I successfully treat many different health challenges with my diet and lifestyle choices. They invariably tell me - “oh I tried to go gluten free and it didn’t help”, or “dairy doesn’t seem to bother me.” Well, of course you don’t notice a difference.  A relatively tiny shift such as removing one thing from your diet will not be enough to quell inflammation and move your body into a state of calm. A calm body begins to heal rather than fight the flames of inflammation. The metaphor for this is trying to put out a house fire with a teacup.  People do try to eat the right things. And yet, they slather all manner of toxic products on their body, wash their clothes with petroleum and chemical based detergents, drink crappy water and wonder why their “healthy diet” isn’t working. Stop that. You are living a dichotomy entrenched in Upside-Down World. Your body knows this. A whole life approach is needed. Here is what that looks like.
